Invent Pilot is an enterprise inventory, logistics, and event management platform developed by CravoRa Solutions. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information in our mobile and web applications.

We collect information to provide efficient stock tracking, event operations, billing, and team coordination services to our enterprise users.
- Account & Profile Information: Full name, business email address, mobile phone number, user role (e.g., Company Admin, Manager, Staff), password hashes, and company affiliation.
- Inventory & Event Operations Data: Product names, quantities, warehouse locations, stock movement history, stock transfer records, event schedules, client details, and billing invoices.
- Device & Technical Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, Push Notification tokens (FCM tokens), app version, and standard server request logs.
2. Location Data Usage
Invent Pilot uses location services strictly for operational verification:
- On-Site Operations & Check-Ins: Verification of manager/staff arrival at event venues or warehouse locations during stock dispatches and returns.
- Stock Transfer Verification: Recording geographic coordinates during inter-warehouse stock movements to ensure accurate audit trails.
Location data is collected only when active operational features are utilized and is never sold or used for marketing/advertising tracking.
3. Camera & Photo Library Access
The application requests permission to access your device's camera and photo library for operational workflows:
- Product & Item Inspection: Taking or uploading photos of products, crates, or event setups for visual inventory condition reporting.
- Proof of Delivery / Checklists: Capturing images during event dispatch, stock return inspection, and receipt documentation.
- Company Assets & Avatars: Uploading profile avatars or company logos.
4. How We Use Information
We process collected data exclusively for business operations:
- Providing inventory synchronization, event scheduling, stock transfers, and invoice creation.
- Sending real-time push notifications regarding event updates, low-stock warnings, and transfer approvals.
- Verifying user identity and enforcing role-based permissions (RBAC).
- Maintaining secure system audit logs and reporting.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is shared only under the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted cloud infrastructure, payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay for subscription billing), and push notification services (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging) operating under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or government regulation.

We retain operational data for the duration of your organization's active subscription. Users or organizations may request account and data deletion at any time:
